Laurence Warden. Mr. Warden has served as our Senior Vice President of Engineering and Instrumentation since February 2022. From March 2019 to February 2022 Mr. Warden served as our Vice President of Engineering and Instrumentation. From June 2013 to March 2019, Mr. Warden served as Vice President of Engineering and Instrumentation at Synthetic Genomics, Inc., our former parent company and a biotechnology company focused on synthetic biology. Mr. Warden earned a B.A. in Industrial Arts from San Diego State University.
