Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and skilled professional to support our Commercial Operations platforms, streamline our order processing, and provide exceptional customer support. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operation of our business systems, enhancing customer experiences, and driving operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Application Support: Provide support for our Commercial Operations platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize business processes, focusing on integrating order processing and customer support functionalities.
  • Order Processing Oversight: Manage and support the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from order receipt to fulfillment. Includes management of integrated e-commerce modules.
  • Customer Support Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, leveraging Salesforce for managing customer interactions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users of supported applications, focusing on functionalities related to order processing and customer support.
  • Data Management and Security: Ensure the integrity and security of data across all supported systems, particularly customer and order-related data.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and insights for business decision-making, emphasizing order trends and customer feedback analysis.
  • Project Management: Lead projects for system enhancements, particularly those improving order processing and customer support.
  • Deep Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, sales, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive approach to order processing and customer support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of experience, in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting Salesforce. Experience with MS Dynamics BS a plus
  • Strong understanding of order processing and customer support operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $70,000 – $85,000 a year + Bonus + Stock Options + Benefits. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, location of the role, and how these qualifications compare to the internal equity of current employees.
