Dr. Krishna Kannan. Dr. Krishna Kannan is the Vice President of Product and Operations at Telesis Bio, where he oversees both the development of innovative synthetic biology technologies and the operational execution that drives them to market. He leads the Gibson SOLA platform and has guided the launch of multiple reagent kits supporting automated DNA and mRNA synthesis and other molecular workflows. With over 10 years of experience in synthetic biology, Dr. Kannan brings deep technical expertise towards advancing Telesis Bio’s product strategy. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA with a focus in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
