Sarah Hlavinka

Executive Vice President, The ODP Corporation

Ms. Hlavinka has served on the Board since July 2024. She brings to the TelesisBio Board more than 35 years of experience as a senior advisor and business executive growing and scaling a variety of enterprises in the healthcare, IT, service, and manufacturing industries. She serves as executive vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of The ODP Corporation (NASDAQ: ODP), where she leads the strategic direction of the legal organization and operations and manages regulatory and compliance matters. She also served as senior vice president and general counsel at Itron Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI). Prior to Itron, Ms. Hlavinka served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary at Xerox Corporation. She has also served in various corporate legal roles in companies including Fisher Scientific International, Benchmark Electronics, and Hewlett Packard Company. Ms. Hlavinka also currently serves as a director of Quanterix Corporation. She earned her B.A. in history, Spanish minor from Texas A&M University and received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
